  I hope that a new buyer can read this review before buying and become a victim. I tried to buy one but luckily I discovered many things that stopped me from being a new victim. I found many cottages in the resort for sale and that paid my attention, why? I believe because of the super expensive maintenance fees + tax plus 3-5% increase every year. I liked one and placed my offer. I didn't see the seller but the sales representative from the great blue resort was trying to convince me to buy new units with financing. Of course in this case they would make double money. Great blue resort bought that cottage and didn't submit my offer at all. The cottage was listed since last year and as many as cottages in the resorts. The seller didn't have any option but I believe if he got my offer he would have accept it because of great blue resort won't buy it unless it's cheap. The sales representative tried to sell it to me higher than listed plus tax. She said we can finance it for 15 years. Yah after 15 year the maintenance fees would be more than $20000 as it's right now $9500 lake front. I didn't say that I need financing and I repeated my self many times that I'm going to pay cash but in this case the management won't make good money as this way; apply pressure on the seller so if the seller was asking for $70000 and didn't receive any offer, the great blue resort will buy it at max $45000 and sell it for $69000 + tax. They would offer you financing at 4.99% 15 years with 15000 down payment. Please don't be fool and take a quick decision. Do the Math as I did. They make a lot of profit plus they guarantee the maintenance fees from you and one day after 2-3 years you need to sell it, they would take advantage of you as they did with others.

  This is very nice resort but maintenance cost are to high .That's why people are selling or taking their trailer somewhere else
