  Great deals on meats. The rest of the goods are a little high in price. Hit and miss with that. Friendly staff.

  Pretty much the only place we buy meat. Great quality. Love the sirloin medallions. And then there's the chicken flings. Delightfully crispy little morsels of chicken with a bit of heat an a ton of flavour. Legend has it they are crafted by angels themselves.

  Go in for the loss leaders! Don't do a full shopping here. They are expensive. I go in for the specials and that's it! The specials are FANTASTIC! The rest of their inventory is overpriced.

  They do have some extra items like Empire cheese and some variety of foods from around the world that the No Frills lacks but again, the prices. If you have the money, you can eat well from this place.
